Load of Crepe opened in May 2013.  We have a set weekly schedule at various locations in Eldridge, Bettendorf, and Dewitt and we are also at various events in the area from spring through fall (check out our Facebook page for specifics).  There are a variety of crepe fillings available to mix and match, or choose a crepe from our combination menu.  The waffles we offer are Liege style Belgian waffles.  These waffles are made from a dough instead of batter and have small bits of sugar in them.  During cooking, some of the sugar melts and caramelizes creating a unique flavor and texture that makes these waffles delicious plain or add any sweet toppings from the menu!
